Ashling Park’s 2014 Rosé is a confident number amongst its peers. Made from 80% Pinot Noir grapes and 20% Pinot Meunier on the family’s 50-acre estate in the hamlet of West Ashling in the South Downs.
It is a well structured, full-flavoured drop with great intensity of fruit, length and complexity.
The Ashling Park Rose is arguably a delicious tipple on its own but with the body and structure to partner many dishes, this is an extremely sophisticated and versatile English Sparkling Rosé.
The Ashling Park Cuvée Brut is also a rather special drop. Crafted from a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier. It was awarded a gold medal at the 2018 Decanter World Wine Awards. The finish is rather crisp and precise with impressive balance and terrific ageing potential.
