Steeped in amazing untold stories, the house was designed by J.L Ball, JT Lee and Pattinson of Manchester and built as a private house in the late 19th century for Edna Howarth, the wife of a wealthy businessman who unfortunately passed away once the very first brick was laid. 

Edna and her daughter Lily lived in the property for many a years and created a beautiful home. The feel of their time here is very apparent in the property itself and you can feel all the love and character pouring through in each room. 

The bedrooms and suites are impeccable with every detail curated perfectly including beauty and bath products by Bath House down to the most beautiful bedding, blankets and cushions designed by Jane Goff.
